Nicholas loves to work and play. He can run barrels, chase cows, do lessons and trail ride the best! all in the same day. He definitely lives up to his pedigree - Docs Hickory, Reminic and Be Aech Enterprise.
He is absolutely sound, easy keeper, clips, loads, ties all the best. A really handy horse to have around, 100% dependable and honest. If I need a horse for a friend to ride or I just want to have a good time, Nicholas is my first choice. He has a great personality, basically in the middle of the herd and very easy to get along with humans and horses. He can be very quick and responsive or as quiet as a church mouse depending on the rider he has on his back.
He ran barrels for a couple years very lightly, did english and western riding lessons for almost 5 years and now he is doing western dressage. We ran at the PA04 NBHA shows. He was a solid 3D horse, saddle and buckle winner. He would make an awesome all around youth game horse. He has an excellent whoa and roll back on him, very athletic horse that can lope right off from a stand still.
Nicholas has a nice big bone and foot, has no soundness or health issues. If this was the only horse I had there is no question, he would not be for sale but I have a young prospect that needs more time then I have been giving her and a new saddle fitting business that keeps me away from home a lot so I am offering Nicholas for sale to a good home only.
